Ok last night Shady and I decided to go to the "3 Margaritas" restaurant at:

501 East County Line Road Littleton, CO 80122-8107 (303) 795-2039 Yes it's a chain, and I do have a thing against chain restaurants (the individuality of a restaurant makes it just that much cooler, chains are usually more for making money rather than quality) but this restaurant is all about the quality! the people are so friendly and the food is great! The quality was so good that I have awarded (and just invented) "The Bomb Award" to the restaurant. well thats about all I got to say. Food Star and update

Dear Readers (haha yeah right),

Since I last posted, I have hit a speed bump in my quest to become a food network star. The letter I sent with my show idea got returned unopened with a note that said basically the food network does not except show ideas (even if they kick ass, like mine). So as I thought about what is to happen next, it dawned upon me that I should send it to a food network star who would actually read my letter. Now the plan of attack is I shall edit my letter to be sent to Alton Brown who shall hopefully see the awesomeness and potential in my letter. On the other hand the next season of "The Next Food Network Star" has premiered and the first one to be eliminated has done so.

the little things

Since this clearly involves food so I decided to post this. I have been dormant in my culinary explorations lately, my Food Network Idea is going nowhere, but even still I have not lost my ambition to be a chef. I have decided to point out the little things that can make any bummer of a day into a great one. Last sunday, my brother, my friend and I went to get some fried chicken and sat at our favorite spot to eat.

Also, it was Pi(e) Day on monday, so I had to get one of the tastiest pies ever..... BLUEBERRY!
